1. From Father and Mother who are both Venezuelan by Birth

Requirements:

1. Complete the Demographic Control Form
2. Complete the Birth Registry Form, which can be downloaded from this link.
3.
Four (4) certified true copy of the Birth Certificate issued by the corresponding authorities in Hong Kong or Macao SAR.
4.
Original of the venezuelan identity card and passports of the father and mother of the child.
5. Original of the marriage certificate of the parents.
   
In case only one of the parents can be present, he/she should bring an authorisation from the other parent, duly notarised in Hong Kong or Venezuela.

This service requires three (3) working days and is free of charge.
     
     
 

2.      From Father or Mother with Venezuelan Nationality by Birth or by Naturalisation

  
 

Requirements:

1.
 Complete the Demographic Control Form.
2. Complete the Birth Registry Form, which can be downloaded from this link.
3.
Four (4) certified true copy of the Birth Certificate issued by the corresponding authorities in Hong Kong or Macao SAR.
4.
Original of the venezuelan identity card and passports of the father and mother of the child.
5. Original of the marriage certificate of the parents.
6.
Declaration of Desire to become a Venezuelan citizen (document to be signed at the Consulate by the father or mother who is Venezuelan by birth, in which expresses the desire that the child becomes a Venezuelan national in accordance with the Second Transitory Disposition of the Venezuelan Constitution).
7. Original of the Gazette or Constancy by which the Venezuelan nationality of the father / mother was obtained.
