Although this is not a compulsory procedure, it is advised that Venezuelan citizens residing overseas register in the respective Consular Office. This registration will facilitate the task of the Consulate when the assistance due to every Venezuelan citizen overseas, is required. Thus, registration will facilitate the following:

	Renovation of passports
	Obtain a new passport in case of loss or robbery
	Obtain used household certificates
	Notify relatives in Venezuela in case of emergency

To register in the Consulate, please:

	Complete the Registration Form
	Passport or Venezuelan Identity Card
	Two recent photographs
	Proof of residence in Hong Kong or Macao
